BridgeWork Consultancy was founded with a simple mission — make it genuinely possible for Indian workers to build better lives in Europe.

Rahul and Hitesh both left India at 18 — Rahul heading to North America, Hitesh to South America. Different continents, different journeys, but the same story: the paperwork, the confusion, the bureaucracy, the waiting — and eventually, the incredible feeling of building a life abroad.
They met in Europe years later, and somewhere between sharing their travel stories and laughing about visa nightmares, they realised something. Between the two of them, they had navigated more than 20 countries. They knew exactly what it took — not just the documents, but the courage it requires to leave home and start fresh somewhere new.
And they also knew that most people who wanted that same life never got there — not because they weren't capable, but because nobody showed them how.
That's why BridgeWork Consultancy exists. Not as a paperwork service. But as the guide they wish they had when they were 18 — someone who had already done it, who understood every step, and who genuinely wanted to see them succeed.

BridgeWork Consultancy was founded by Rahul and Hitesh — two Indians who saw a real gap: verified European employers looking for reliable workers, and skilled Indian workers looking for a genuine opportunity abroad, with no safe or clear way to connect.
We have built direct relationships with employers in Poland — employers who provide accommodation, medical coverage, and stable contracts. We handle the entire visa and work permit process so you never have to figure it out alone.
We know what it feels like to navigate an unfamiliar system. That is why we guide every candidate personally, in a language they understand, with complete transparency at every step.
Transparency — No hidden fees, no surprise steps. Everything is explained clearly before you commit.
Accountability — If a mistake is ours, we bear the consequence. We don't pass costs onto candidates for our errors.
Genuine opportunity — We only place workers with employers we have personally verified and trust.
Rahul & Hitesh
Rahul manages employer relationships in Poland and Germany, and oversees candidate placement and support.
Hitesh leads the visa and documentation process, ensuring every application is filed correctly and on time.
Our commitment to you
We take on your application as if it were our own. If an error is ours, we bear the penalty. The majority of our fee is collected only after you hold the visa. Your success is how we measure ours.
